The celebration of Mahalaya signals the conclusion of Pitri Paksha and the start of Durga Pujo. Listening to Mahisasuramardini, a montage of Chandipath, a recitation from the scriptural verses of Durga Saptashati, is an important Mahalaya custom. For the first time ever in Switzerland, PrangaN@Swiss is bringing the Mahisasuramardini programme live this year. Join us to hear Purohit Mritunjoy Bhattacharya, a renowned priest from Mumbai, India, recite Mahisasuramardini. On September 25, 2022, at 6:00 A.M. CEST, we will go live on Facebook and YouTube.
